Do you give free estimates?
No. We start with a paid on-site consultation ($125), waived if the project is contracted. That keeps assessments serious and proposals accurate.
Where do you work?
Eastern Connecticut, Rhode Island, and southern Massachusetts. Availability varies by service and town — tell us your location on the request form or call (401) 497-1186.
What services do you offer?
Three divisions: Property Services (tree and land, site work, snow, maintenance), Property Management, and Project Coordination. See the Services pages for the catalog.
Are you insured?
Yes — fully insured, including general liability and commercial auto coverage for VITORRA operations.
How do I book?
Use Site meeting: pick a service, describe the job, share your town and photos, and choose preferred consultation times. Fernando confirms from there.
What is AURA?
AURA is VITORRA’s on-site AI assistant. It answers from published site content about services, area, and process. It does not book jobs, move money, or invent project prices.
Can you price my job in chat or email without a visit?
Only in limited, straightforward cases Fernando chooses to quote remotely. Most work needs eyes on access, size, and conditions. Photos help; the consultation settles scope.
Which field services can I select on the request form?
Core selectable services include tree removal, stump removal, grading, land clearing, hauling, demolition, and excavation — plus snow, maintenance, and property management packages.
Do you offer property management as well as field work?
Yes. See the Property Management page for consulting, tenant screening, showings, rent collection, lease support, scheduled property services, and emergency support routing. Field services and management sit under the same VITORRA brand.
